This is being advertised as a set but it is only the conditioner I was so upset when I called the company and they said it was amazon misrepresenting them. They said all they could do is give me my money back once I sent back the product. I don't know who is to blame the company or amazon, but it is very disappointing when you think you will get a set and only get the conditioner.

I received CONDITIONER ONLY at the price of the DUO. They are a scam, the description shows both shampoo, the product weight says 4 lbs (which = around 68oz). The seller must be reporting positive feedback because if you notice ALL POSITIVE FEEDBACK GIVES THEM 5 stars and they all claim to have received BOTH Shampoo and Conditioner! BS Then why did I get this reply from the seller when I emailed them that I only got the conditioner?

If you want, we can send the prepaid return label to you and you can send that wrong item back to us. Upon the receipt of the item, we will refund the full amount of your order.
BASICALLY, THEY ARE SELLING THE CONDITIONER AT TWO TIMES THE REGULAR PRICE. THESE % BETTER REFUND ME ALL THAT THEY CHARGED ME.
